Ave Maria
Keep devotion to Our Lady alive in ordinary Catholic life — through prayer and tradition that have drawn generations closer to Christ.
“A great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars.” Revelation 12:1

Who We Are
Promoting devotion to the Mother of God.
The Institute exists to encourage a deeper and more active devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary. We give particular attention to the Rosary, the Brown Scapular, and the Miraculous Medal, helping to make their purpose and practice better known.
Devotion to Our Lady calls us to remember the Holy Souls in Purgatory. We encourage prayer and sacrifice for them, especially the offering of Mass intentions.

For the Holy Souls
The greatest gift we can give the Holy Souls in Purgatory is the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.
Requesting a Mass is simple. You give an intention — a departed loved one, the Holy Souls, or thanksgiving in honor of a saint or feast — along with a small offering, and a priest offers the Mass for that intention. The offering in turn supports the priest.
The associations and shrines below allow you to make Mass requests online or by mail.
Go on Pilgrimage
Visit the shrines and holy places where generations of Catholics have gone to pray. If you are interested in joining a pilgrimage, visit one of the links below. The organizations will handle the daily schedule and often ensure a priest accompanies the group for daily Mass.

Saint of the Month
Feast · 11 August · 1194–1253
Born to a noble house of Assisi, Clare heard St. Francis preach and, at eighteen, left everything to live the Gospel in poverty. She founded the Poor Clares and guided them for forty years from the little convent of San Damiano.
When soldiers came against the city, she met them at the wall with the Blessed Sacrament in her hands — and they turned away.
A Prayer
O God, who led Saint Clare to leave all things for the love of Christ, grant, by her intercession, that we may hold nothing dearer than Thy Son, and so come at last to the joys of eternal life. Through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.
